Compleat Property Management (CPM) is a family run company formed in 1996. With extensive experience in the Construction Industry and Residential Lettings, the business now specialises exclusively in the management of blocks of flats.
CPM has built a reputation for providing a personal and quality management service looking after residential developments. We do not act for commercial landlords, thereby having split loyalties between the freeholder and the lessees. Instead, our clients range from the following:

Freehold Companies whose members are the Leaseholders of the development

Management Companies consisting solely of the Leaseholders of the development where there is an independent Freeholder.
Residents Associations where the association has been permitted to appoint their own Managing Agent.

We are fully aware that very few management companies offer the level of service and commitment that you expect and are seeking. We offer a management service with a difference. As we visit all developments regularly, we are therefore completely familiar with the layout and will be fully aware of any matter that is brought to our attention. Furthermore, we only use the services of companies whose work is known to us or who have been recommended to us through a reliable source.

CPM are members of UKALA, a non-profit making umbrella organisation specifically intended to raise the standard of letting agents and block management companies. Members of UKALA agree to safeguard funds, look after the best interests of clients and abide by a professional code of practise.

CPM are based in New Malden and our management service covers the areas of Surrey and South West London.
